We all love testimonials but they are worthless if you put them in your desk drawer never to be seen again. Put them in a scrapbook in your lobby. Carry your scrapbook along with you. Scan the personal notes, gift cards, even Holiday cards you receive from clients, create a collage-type handout and give to all prospects. Instead of “typing” the testimonials for your website, scan the hand written message and place them on the site. It has more credibility.
